Return & Exchange Policy
At bookofdrumstars.com, every single product is custom-printed just for you as soon as you place an order. If your tutor book arrives in damaged or unacceptable condition, then please contact us (see below). Because we use a print-on-demand fulfilment model for the swag items via our partner, Printful, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, changing your mind, or ordering an incorrect size.
However, we want you to love your gear! We are happy to issue a free replacement or exchange in the following circumstances:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book, apparel, or merchandise arrives damaged, poorly printed, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it completely free of charge.
Timeframe: You must submit your claim within 30 days of the product being delivered to your address.
Requirements: We require clear, high-quality photos showing the damage or printing defect, along with your order number.
2. Incorrect Sizing / Mislabelled Items
Because everything is made-to-order, we cannot swap an item if you accidentally clicked the wrong size. However, if we sent you a different size than what you originally ordered, or if the item is mislabelled and does not match our published sizing charts, we will fix it.
Timeframe: You must submit your claim within 30 days of delivery.
Requirements: Please send us a photo of the item’s size tag or a photo showing the item measured against a tape measure to verify the mislabelling error.
3. Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking information shows that your package has stalled or hasn't arrived, please reach out to us.
Timeframe: All claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How to Initiate a Claim
If your order meets the criteria above, do not mail the package back to the return address on the box yet. Please follow these steps first:
Email our support team at dean@glorifico.co.uk
Include your Order Number in the subject line.
Provide a brief description of the issue and attach clear photos of the damage, incorrect print, or mislabelled size tag.
Once verified, we will submit a problem report to our fulfillment partner to get your replacement printed and shipped to you at no extra cost!
